Company

Junior and Senior Company Dancers at Creative Edge will perform  4  times a year. Some of these will include performing for a panel of qualified adjudicators while also taking Master classes from esteemed and renowned artists.

At Creative Edge, each opportunity is designed to educate, build and teach as we focus on each individual and their personal growth.

Our  classes build a technical, versatile, innovative and educated dancer.

The  effective and dedicated training hours are artfully designed to build a strong and versatile dancer. Giving students  time outside of the studio for family,  studies and other talents.

Performance venues are high quality and carefully chosen to uplift and inspire, supporting the philosophy of the school.

Company Dancers are involved in the choreography of their piece, all under the  guidance of their director.  This is a very rewarding and furthers the education of your dancer.

Placement auditions are held in August.

Mini Company-2 hours a week

ages 7-9

Ballet 4 1.0 hour

Contemporary/Jazz 4 1.0 hour

FREE workshops 4 times a year

Junior Company -4.5 hours a week (minimum)

Ages about 9-12

-Ballet 5 2x’s a week 2.0 hours
-Contemporary 5 1x a week 1.0 hours
-Jazz 5 1 x a week 1.0 hours

-Optional Hip Hop, more  Ballet , Contemporary , Jazz

- Rehearsal 1x a week (.5 hour)

-Occasional Power Rehearsal

Senior Company -6.5 hours a week (minimum)

Ages about 13-18

-Ballet 6 1.5 hours
-Ballet 7 (determined by instructor) 1.5 hours (or Ballet 5)
-Contemporary 6-7 1.5 hours
-Jazz and Technique 6-7 1.5 hours
-Rehearsal .5 hour

-Occasional Power Rehearsal

-Optional Hip Hop
