At Creative Edge Dance Studio, we understand that you have a choice between several different dance schools/studios in the area.

What are the philosophies of the school?

At Creative Edge Dance Studio (CED), we believe in providing opportunities for each child and teen to be innovative, dynamic, and creative individuals.

We believe that each person is unique.  Each person has many gifts (both in talents and in personality) from which we all benefit. And that each individual should have the opportunity and avenue to become their best selves, even more than they thought was possible, in any area.

It is through this philosophy that we build our school and how we approach teaching dance dance classes for children.

What is the curriculum of the dance school?

At CED, we realize that versatility is the future of dance.

We also realize that it is necessary to have a broad education in dance.

Thus our kids dance classes focus on growing a versatile and educated dancer that has the ability to not only participate in the dance world, but be a part of where dance is is taken.

What are the opportunities at the school?

At CED, your dancer can perform non-competitively as well as competitively. The focus here is not on competitions, but what the dancer is learning and how the dancer is improving.Click here for information.

Our performance venues are chosen to uplift and encourage.

We also give a very unique opportunity to our dancers to choreograph their own solo or small group piece for performance.

What are the qualifications of the instructors?

At CED, our instructors have university educations in dance, BAs and MFAs in Dance.  Each instructor is carefully chosen to give your dancer the best training and dance education available.  We do not have teenagers teaching our classes.
